Detonate the bomb at the right time to destroy the sealed gate and reveal the entrance. Drop the bomb into the river from a rock upstream, to make it flow to the stone structure.

You’ll need to bring your Warm Doublet, as it is cold up there. Shee Vaneer – This shrine is just across the Shee Venath. Ree Dahee – At Dueling Peaks, close to the river. Jump from the top, and glide toward the hidden entrance. Shee Venath – You’ll have to climb to the top of the mountain. 
From Magda, who gives you the quest, follow the path to your left. As soon as you reach the island, you’ll get the quest “Watch out for the Flowers”.
Wahgo Katta – Next to the Riverside Stable, close to the road, hard to miss. Bosh Kala – On the Hylia river, near Proxim bridge. 
While wandering the second area, West Necluda, you’ll be able to complete several Shrines: It consists of two major areas – West and East Necluda. This region is positioned just east from the first one – Great Plateau.
